September 2026: Your Red-Orange Activation

Hello my darling. Welcome to your September 2026 cosmic colour energy update. I have been feeling into this month for a while now, and what I can tell you is this: September is not asking you to prepare. It is asking you to choose.

The energy we have for September is red-orange, and it is really, really what we have been wishing for. Everything and anything is possible. The red ray says that success is a given, and this is what we are all being invited to live from this month.

It is an expansive month. A heart-opening month. And it is going to ask you some honest, revealing, liberating questions. What are you in resonance with? And what are you no longer in resonance with? From that place, make a choice. Make a move.

Red Within Red: An Activation Point

What makes September 2026 particularly powerful is that not only do we have the red energy of the month, 2026 itself is also the red frequency. We are experiencing red within red. For me, this feels like an initiation point. A moment where you are truly moving through with passion, leading rather than following, being innovative rather than reactive.

Red is fire. It is movement, love, and action. Red does not sit around waiting for things to change. Red takes action, and then the change starts to take form. Red decides. It moves, no matter what the weather.

And the tone we have this month is not the sharp, intense red you might be imagining. It is red-orange: uplifting, reassuring, expansive. The orange inside the red ray is here to support us. To soften the edges. Think of the difference between a barrier and a boundary: same function, completely different energy. That is September.

Stop Waiting for Permission

One of the big aspects of this month is permission. And specifically, the moment you realise you have to stop asking for it.

The red soul identity does not ask permission. The red soul gives permission: the permission to change, the permission to have more, the permission to walk away, to start, to become the person you already know deep down you are here to be. And this is not just for those with a red soul colour. This is for everyone. The red soul is here to role model what is being asked of all of us.

So ask yourself: what are you giving your power to? What are you waiting for, the environment to change, the economy to shift, someone else to go first? September says stop. Stop waiting for the external world to give you clearance to live the life that is yours by divine right. If you do not claim it, it remains unclaimed. And what is yours by divine right can only ever be yours.

The Buffet Is Laid Out. And You Must Choose.

Here is the image I keep receiving for this month: a buffet table, filled with every kind of abundance, colour, flavour, possibility. It is all there. It has always been there. But you must walk up to it and choose what you want. September is not going to force anything on you. The invitation is open. The question is whether you are going to accept it.

Red moves. Red does not wait. And this month, the fire energy is specifically here to unshackle you from anything that has kept you playing small: self-sabotage, codependency, procrastination, self-worth patterns, blurry boundaries. Red is going to illuminate them. Not to shame you. To free you.

The Unbecoming

The work I am doing with people right now is much more about unbecoming than becoming anything new. When you unbecome, when you take away those layers of conditioning and contraction, your soul starts to shine. You start to radiate. You come into your own.

And this is what September 2026 with this red-orange ray is saying: come into your own. The version of you that you keep saying you are going to become? It is not something you need to build from scratch. It is already there. You simply need to stop abandoning it.

Ask yourself: if you were to liberate yourself right now, what would that look like? If you stopped tolerating what no longer belongs in your life, a belief system, a relationship dynamic, a version of success that you outgrew without realising, what would open up?

Red, the Heart, and the Spark

We associate red with Valentine's Day, with love, with the heart. And rightly so. September is bringing that fiery, liquid, alive energy through your body, through your aura, through your life. When you touch things this month, they can turn to gold.

Maybe you have been looking for a spark. I want to offer you that spark through this red energy. And the questions it is igniting are these:

• What do you love enough to finally, once and for all, go there?
• What do you love enough that you would be willing to change for it?
• What would your unapologetic yes look like?

When you tune into this energy, oceans of possibilities open. An uncaging is happening, for each and every one of us. And we are all being asked to play our part in creating this new reality together. We just need one percent. One percent of us truly living from love, from heart, from our souls. Because the soul is infinite. There is always more where that came from.

The Shadow Side of Red: Security Versus Liberation

Here is the part that not many people talk about. Red also represents security. Red loves to feel safe. And this is where the trap lies, because in seeking security, in clinging to the familiar, you can actually become stuck.

You want the liberation of red. You want the unconditional love, the freedom, the exhilaration. But to have that, you must loosen your grip on the false sense of safety: the secure job that does not light you up, the relationship that is comfortable but not alive, the identity that fit you five years ago but no longer does.

The soul that wants to come out and play is expansion. It is liberation. It is a completely different energy to the one that keeps you safe but small.

I was also recently catching myself undermining my own impact. And I thought, actually, no. I am managing so many things and making a real difference in people's lives. So I gave myself a second chance. I recognised myself instead of diminishing myself. And this is what September is offering you.

Reflect, Review, Renew

September is asking for a self-inventory. Where are you at, truly? And rather than that feeling heavy, I want to offer you a beautiful daily practice this month. Three Rs:

• Reflect: where am I operating from right now?
• Review: is this bringing me closer to what I desire, or further away?
• Renew: what do I choose now?

Once a day. That is all. It does not need to be elaborate. Just that pause, that honest looking, that conscious choosing again.

And as you reflect, notice this: do you let your circumstances control your happiness? Do you allow the economy to determine your abundance? Do you let another person's beliefs decide what is possible for you? Or do you let the past predict the future?

The version of you today is not the version of you in the past. You are never going to create the same thing twice. So let go of what has gone before, and open to this present moment, because the present is the only place where the future actually gets created.

The Words You Speak Are Creating Your Life

Red is also associated with the voice. With what we speak into being. And September is saying: pay attention to your narrative. What are you saying to yourself and about yourself? Because when you speak from the ego, from lack, from limitation, from fear, that is what expands in your experience.

When you speak from your soul, from your highest potential, you invite the blessings into your present and your future. Here are some of the soul-frequency declarations that are available to you this month:

Loosen the Grip

For all of this to be so, and I can guarantee you this, you must surrender. Not let go, which can feel violent and sudden. But loosen. Loosen the grip. Feel the difference between clenching and softening. There is an entire world of possibility in that single movement.

Red is associated with material manifestation. With bringing the real, tangible, physical into form. So let the divine bring to you what you truly desire. And for that to happen, you need to be clear: what do you actually desire? Not what you think you should want. Not what looks good from the outside. What does your soul want?

There is a difference between want and desire. Want comes from the mind. Desire comes from the soul. Ask yourself: what would I love to experience? What would I absolutely love in my relationships, my work, my finances, my body?

Your Divine Voice Is Already Speaking

The other invitation this month is to truly listen to your divine voice, your intuition, your soul's guidance. It is speaking to you in every single moment. But are you receiving it?

The image I keep seeing is a postman delivering a package you have been waiting for. It is already in the letterbox. But you have to go and open it. You have to check. You have to receive what was sent to you. The divine voice is the same. It has already arrived. The invitation is to go quiet enough to hear it.

The divine rarely screams. It whispers. A nudge. A feeling. A knowing. Often in a direction that makes absolutely no sense to the logical mind. Your job this month is to follow that sense anyway.

Are You In, or Are You Out?

September is going to ask you to choose. Not just once, but again and again. You cannot have one foot in freedom and one foot in restriction. You are either in the game or you are not. And so it is worth asking yourself in any moment:

• Am I in freedom or in restriction?
• Am I operating from ownership or from blame?
• Am I a victor or a victim right now?
• Am I in my heart or in fear?
• Am I taking action or am I procrastinating?

Nothing has meaning except the meaning you give it. So witness where you are. Reflect. And then choose. And if you do not like what you chose, you can always choose again.

What are you no longer willing to leave unclaimed? Because if you do not claim it, it stays unclaimed. Your voice, your abundance, your purpose, your freedom, your joy. Nobody can bring those through the world the way you can. Red is saying: I am here for you. I move. It is time.

A Note on Working with the Red Energy

Wear it. Breathe it in. Let the colour do the work on your behalf. If you are not feeling yourself, if you need a lift, surround yourself with red-orange. Let the energy of the colour work through you before you have to do anything else. Colour is one of the most underestimated tools we have. It works on a frequency level. It does not need your mind to agree with it first.

I have seen it time and again. A mother sent pink light to her son who was angry and withdrawn. A few weeks later he sat down at the table and poured his heart out. The energy does the work. You allow. Then you act.
